Same issues as everyone else, please update and fix the software!

With all the crappy reviews youd think they update the app to make it work. Still doesnt work. Just crashes.

Crashes if Bluetooth its on. Needs Bluetooth to do its job. Watch does some things without it. Paid $12 Canadian (shipping included!) so I didnt expect much.

Does not work.

Wont fully load and crashes a split second you opening the app. Needs to be updated to current iOS I believe

Works with u watch perfect also the dz09 and the gt08 highly recommend

We need upgrade

App doesnt work, keeps asking me for permission, and crashes immediately after allowing. Tried to redownload application and same problem. This app needs to be fixed, or taken off the App Store.

I have a u8 and I need it to work. Update it or delete it from the App Store.

The app doesnt even open...

Works fine, until you turn Bluetooth on... This crashes the app. Without Bluetooth, app works, but cant communicate with your watch. Turn on Bluetooth to communicate with watch, app crashes out.

I downloaded it and it does strange things when I open it... First time I opened the app it asked me a bunch of questions then the app closed. Now whenever I open it it closes and goes to the home screen then shows another question which quickly disappears! Very strange. If you could fix this I would rate differently.

Bad app, not functional

Every time I click on the app It times out and wont let me in

Crashes immediately and wants access to everything. Waste of time

This app asks for a couple of phone setting permissions and then is nothing but a black screen for about 2.5 seconds before reverting to the home screen where the same permission queries pop-up, yet disappear in the blink of an eye.

This app does not work! Every time I open it it crashes as it asks questions about location, pictures, media, music, etc... seems that it just wants access to all my information to steal it and be very careful with this app and delete it immediately, do not install!

app wont connect, customer support is non-existant and now the watch is useless without the ability to sync,
